This is a perfect option for people who live outside the U.K. but would still like the option to buy a print design to get printed elsewhere, or anyone who needs a design digitally.
You will receive a secure link to the digital file lasting 24 hours after the first download. All copyright belongs to Miriam Olivia. While you purchase the right to use the illustration, all rights stay with the artist. Please read the T&Cs below for further information.

1. Digital Product Purchases
When you purchase a digital product from our website, you are buying a personal license to download and use the product in accordance with these Terms. You are not purchasing ownership of the product.
2. License Agreement
By purchasing and downloading our digital product (the “Product”), you agree to the following license terms:
What You Can Do:
✅ Download the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
✅ Store copies of the Product on your personal devices.
What You Cannot Do:
❌ Use the Product for commercial purposes (including resale, marketing, or incorporation into products/services you sell).
❌ Modify, adapt, translate, or edit the Product, or create derivative works from it.
❌ Share, distribute, or sublicense the Product to others.
❌ Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.
All rights, title, and ownership remain with Miriam Olivia Art.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the Product has been purchased and delivered, except where required by law.
4. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure our Products are available for download at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime, technical issues, or loss of access beyond our control.
5. Termination of License
Your license will automatically terminate if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Product in your possession.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the U.K..
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and us regarding your purchase and use of our digital Products.
