I created the artwork ‘Change your perspective’ for the Antarctic Climate Expedition (ACE 2023) with Ocean Geographic, Mission Blue, and Aurora Expeditions. The artwork explores the world from the perspective of Antarctica, highlighting its crucial role in shaping our planet’s climate. I wanted to combine artistic vision with environmental awareness to inspire a deeper appreciation for the frozen continent, from a different perspective - Antartica in the centre of the world map. The artwork contributed to giving me a place on the expedition and maiden voyage of the research ship Sylvia Earle. See what Dr. Sylvia Earle has to say about the expedition here. It was an opportunity to learn and connect with other climate advocates, artists and researchers.
